Most people use AI like a smarter search box. That's the first of four steps. In one workshop we work all four on your own work, in the tools you already use, and you leave with one real task running on its own. ChatGPT or Claude, whichever you have.
Get more out of every chat. Give it your context once, set it up around your work, and stop explaining yourself from scratch every time.
You leave with a setup built around your own work.
Hook it into where your work already lives: your email, your calendar, your files. It starts answering from your stuff instead of the internet's.
You leave with one connection live on your real data.
Have it run a task on its own. The Monday recap, the Friday follow-up list, the morning brief that's ready before you sit down.
You leave with one task that runs without you starting it.
Give it a whole job, with Claude Cowork or ChatGPT's agent mode, and a clear point where it stops and checks with you before anything goes out.
You leave with one job handed off, and you still sign off.
Everyone picks their one task before the day, so the time goes to building it, not deciding what to build. I'd rather you leave with one thing that runs than ten ideas you never get to.
Two hours, online, twelve people at most. Bring one task you'd love to stop doing by hand. You work the four steps on it alongside a few others doing the same.
Need a different date? Move your seat yourself, up to an hour before it starts. Seats aren't refunded.
New dates are posted as they're set, often at a local coworking space.
A half day with your team, up to eight people, on your team's real work. Same four steps, and everyone leaves with one task running on its own. Online by default, or in person wherever you are, with travel at cost.
One price, agreed in writing, with each person's one task named before the day.
Steps two through four need a paid plan on ChatGPT or Claude. If you don't have one, I'll tell you which one and what it costs before the day, and you buy it in your own name. I don't mark it up.
The fine print is on the terms page. Want it built for you instead? That's the Starter Build.
Examples, not a menu. The open workshop is also a good fit if you work inside a bigger company, or you tried AI once and it didn't click.
"What really clicked was learning how to use AI for the day-to-day tasks I deal with as a real estate agent. I can now quickly create home inspection summaries, build CMA reports and even troubleshoot and fix HTML code on my website."
Anthony Giglio · Real estate agent · Minnesota
Is this a sales pitch for something bigger?
No. The workshop is the thing. I mention what else I do once, at the end, and that's it.
ChatGPT or Claude?
Either. A lot of teams use both. The four steps work in each, and where they differ, I show you both.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. There's no code. If you can write an email and find a file, you can do every step.
Can you come to us?
Yes, for a team workshop, wherever you are. The price stays $2,000. Travel is on top at what it actually costs, named before you agree and billed with the receipts. I don't mark it up.
What about my data?
You work in your own accounts the whole time, and I never ask for a password. In the open workshop you share your screen only when you want to.
What if my task doesn't fit?
We check it before the day. If it's a bad fit for AI, I'll say so and we'll pick one that isn't. That's usually the most useful part.
Tell me what your week looks like and I'll tell you whether the open seat, the team workshop, or neither makes sense yet.
Want every way we can work together, with prices? That's on the Work with me page.
