About

I did the work
before I automated it.

Most people I talk to think everyone else already figured this out. They didn't. Nearly everyone is guessing, including plenty of people who sound very sure. You are not behind, you are busy, and nobody ever sat down and showed you where this fits the week you actually have.

I'm not a tech guy who found your industry. I spent ten years in mortgage operations, most of it underwriting and leading teams through work where a missed detail had real consequences. I know what it feels like when good people lose their day to bad process.

Long before AI, I built an Excel macro that turned the report we ran the day on from a five-minute chore into a five-second keyboard shortcut. Small thing, but that is the whole job: find the grind and take it out. When AI got good enough, I started building bigger, first for my own work, then for everyone around me.

I build for how the job actually happens, not how it looks in a demo, because I have done the job. The parts that need your judgment stay yours. I just clear the weight around them.

Want to know if this
fits your work?

That is the whole question, and it costs nothing to find out. Take the assessment, or bring me a real question about your week and I'll give you a straight answer, including when the answer is that AI won't help much.

Rather read first? There's the longer story, the Field Notes, or what clients say.
